The specific services, quantities, pricing, schedule, and customer responsibilities for a job may be stated in a quote, estimate, invoice, email, job authorization, or other written communication.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared.
Final charges may change if:
- The final quantity changes
- The mailing list requires additional work
- Materials differ from the specifications provided
- Postage rates or USPS requirements change
- Additional labor, supplies, printing, delivery, correction, or processing is required
- The customer changes the job after work begins
Postage estimates are not guarantees. Actual postage is determined by the final mailpiece, mailing list, postal classification, entry location, and applicable USPS rates and rules.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate job specifications and instructions
- Reviewing and approving proofs when requested
- Confirming final quantities
- Providing usable artwork, documents, mailing lists, and materials
- Obtaining all necessary rights and permissions for submitted content and recipient data
- Ensuring that materials comply with applicable laws and postal requirements
- Paying required deposits, postage, and invoices
We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied mailing lists, artwork, documents, addresses, approvals, or instructions.
Proofs and Approvals
When a proof or sample is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing all relevant details, including:
- Spelling
- Names and addresses
- Dates
- Pricing
- Layout
- Artwork
- Mailing indicia
- Quantities
- Job specifications
Approval authorizes us to proceed based on the approved version. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or delays.
Mailing Lists and Customer Data
Customers represent that they have the legal right to provide and use any mailing lists, contact information, artwork, documents, or other materials submitted to us.
We may process customer data as necessary to complete the requested services. Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Postage and Payment
Postage may be required in advance before a mailing is released to USPS.
When Flanagin’s Bulk Mail Service advances or prepays postage on a customer’s behalf, payment may be due upon receipt.
Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice or related communication.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, postage, shipping, delivery, processing costs, and other charges associated with their job.
We may pause production, withhold completed materials, or delay USPS entry when required deposits, postage, approvals, or payments have not been received.
USPS Processing and Delivery
Once a mailing is accepted by USPS, delivery timing and handling are controlled by USPS.
Flanagin’s Bulk Mail Service does not guarantee:
- A specific delivery date
- Delivery to every address
- USPS processing speed
- USPS route handling
- Forwarding or return treatment
- Results or responses generated by a mailing
USPS delays, errors, service disruptions, address quality, recipient moves, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program description
Customers who consent to receive text messages may receive low-volume customer-care and service-related messages regarding active or requested mailing jobs.
Messages may include:
- Job intake questions
- File or proof follow-ups
- Scheduling information
- Production updates
- Pickup coordination
- Postage or invoice information
- USPS drop-off confirmation
- Replies to customer-support questions
We do not use this SMS program for cold outreach, purchased-list messaging, or marketing blasts.
Consent
Customers may consent verbally during a telephone conversation or through another method clearly presented by Flanagin’s Bulk Mail Service.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the customer’s active job and may be up to 10 messages per job.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the customer’s wireless plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages.
After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that the opt-out request was processed. No further messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent or reply START where supported.

Supported carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text message delivery is subject to wireless-network availability, carrier filtering, device compatibility, and other conditions outside our control.
Privacy
Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee response rates, sales, donations, customer acquisition, attendance, revenue, or any other business result from a mailing campaign.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flanagin’s Bulk Mail Service and ZNB LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Materials or data you provide
- Your lack of authority to use submitted materials
- Your violation of law
- Your violation of these Terms
- Claims involving the content or recipients of your mailing
Changes to Services or Terms
We may update our services, pricing, policies, or these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
